Delivery Options

- Same-day delivery within Lagos
- Next-day delivery
- Scheduled delivery
- Free in-store pickup
In-store pickup is provided at no additional cost.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed promptly after successful payment confirmation.
Typical processing times are:
- Small orders: approximately 5–15 minutes
- Bulky or large orders: up to 20–30 minutes
Orders are processed every day, including weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Outside Lagos (Nigeria): 2–3 business days
- International deliveries: approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs processes

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Flat-rate delivery applies within Lagos
- Distance- or weight-based delivery fees may apply to certain product categories
- International delivery fees are calculated based on destination country and package weight
From time to time, DBH Drinks & Store may offer free delivery promotions at its discretion.
In-Store Pickup
Customers who select in-store pickup will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected within the timeframe communicated at the point of notification.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or provided incorrect delivery information:
- The order will be returned to the store
- The customer will be contacted to arrange re-delivery
Re-delivery will be attempted at no additional cost for the first and second attempts.
If the same order requires a third delivery attempt due to customer unavailability or error, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Delivery Confirmation and Risk Transfer
An order is considered delivered once:
- It has been handed over to the customer, and
- Delivery has been confirmed by the courier or delivery personnel
