Returns & Exchange

At DBH Drinks & Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns and Exchange Policy explains how exchanges are handled for purchases made both online and in-store.
By making a purchase from DBH Drinks & Store, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- All online purchases made via DBH Drinks & Store.ng
- All purchases made at our physical store
It covers exchanges only. Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law.
Exchange Window
Exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days from the date the customer receives or collects the purchased item, calculated as follows:
- For delivered orders, from the date of delivery
- For in-store pickup, from the date the item is collected
- For in-store purchases, from the date of purchase
Requests made outside this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Items for Exchange
Items may be exchanged only if they:
- Are in the exact condition in which they were received
- Are unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Are returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and seals intact
- Are accompanied by valid proof of purchase (receipt and/or order number)
Exchanges are permitted only for the same product, subject to availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For customer safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange once opened, used, or tampered with:
- Opened food items
- Perishable goods
- Alcoholic beverages
- Tobacco products and smoking accessories
- Perfumes and fragrances once opened
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
- Customized items
These items may only be considered for return or exchange if the customer received:
- The wrong item
- A damaged or defective item
- A fake or inauthentic item
We do not accept returns of items that have been damaged after delivery, or items that show signs of use or wear, unless the damage occurred due to a verified defect after reasonable use.
How to Request an Exchange
Customers may request an exchange by:
- Visiting the physical DBH Drinks & Store store, or
- Contacting customer support via email at info@dbhdrinksandstore.com
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by DBH Drinks & Store.
Return Method and Logistics
For online orders, customers may:
- Return items directly to the physical store, or
- Ship items back to DBH Drinks & Store
Unless the exchange is due to a DBH Drinks & Store error, customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or inauthentic item, you must notify DBH Drinks & Store within seven (7) days of receiving or collecting the item.
Where the issue is verified to be the fault of DBH Drinks & Store, we will:
- Cover the cost of return shipping, and
- Cover the cost of delivering the replacement item
Failure to report such issues within the stated timeframe may result in the exchange being declined.
Store Credit
Where a replacement item is unavailable, DBH Drinks & Store may issue store credit at its discretion.
Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Is non-transferable
- Is subject to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions
Right to Refuse Exchanges
DBH Drinks & Store reserves the right to refuse exchange requests if:
- The item does not meet eligibility conditions
- The request falls outside the exchange window
- There is evidence of misuse, tampering, or abuse of this policy
- A customer repeatedly abuses the returns or exchange process
Accounts may be suspended where abuse or malicious behavior is identified.
Policy Updates
DBH Drinks & Store reserves the right to modify or update this Returns and Exchange Policy at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website.
