By accessing, browsing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

About DBH Drinks & Store

DBH Drinks & Store.ng is owned and operated by DAYSTAR BUSINESS INVESTMENT HUB LIMITED, a duly registered business entity in Nigeria. The company operates both a physical walk-in shopping mall and an online store, offering a wide range of products sourced from manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

Scope of Our Services

Through our platform, customers may browse products, purchase items for home delivery, purchase items for in-store pickup, create an account or checkout as a guest, use coupons, and participate in promotions and loyalty programs.

Prices displayed online are generally the same as prices in-store, although product availability may vary.

Eligibility & Accounts

Customers may shop as guests or create an account. While account creation is recommended for a better shopping experience, it is not mandatory.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information provided to DBH Drinks & Store. DBH Drinks & Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent, abusive, or malicious behavior.

Orders & Payments

All orders must be fully paid before processing begins.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Paystack
  • Direct bank transfer
  • Order via WhatsApp

If a customer is charged successfully but an order fails to process, the customer is advised to contact DBH Drinks & Store customer support for assistance.

Delivery and In-Store Pickup

Delivery is available nationwide within Nigeria and to select international destinations.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Same-day delivery within Lagos
  • 2–3 business days outside Lagos
  • Up to 2–3 weeks for international deliveries

Deliveries may be fulfilled using DBH Drinks & Store’s in-house logistics or third-party delivery partners when necessary.

Customers will be notified when orders are ready for delivery and collection. Orders must be picked up within the communicated timeframe.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Perishable goods are not eligible for exchange.

Where an exchange is approved, customers may receive a replacement product or store credit, subject to availability.

Promotions, Discounts, and Loyalty Points

DBH Drinks & Store may offer discount codes, flash sales, and loyalty programs from time to time.

All promotions are subject to change, modification, or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

Loyalty points:

  • Are valid for up to one (1) year
  • Are redeemable as in-store credit only
  • Have no cash value and are non-transferable

Product Use and Information

DBH Drinks & Store sells a wide range of products including food, beverages, household essentials, lifestyle items, and related categories.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions, and warnings before purchase or consumption. DBH Drinks & Store shall not be liable for any adverse effects resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow provided instructions.

Alcohol Disclaimer

DBH Drinks & Store sells alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and spirits. By purchasing alcoholic products from DBH Drinks & Store, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country or jurisdiction.

Alcohol products are sold for personal consumption only and should be consumed responsibly. DBH Drinks & Store does not encourage excessive or unsafe consumption of alcohol.

DBH Drinks & Store shall not be held liable for any health issues, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the misuse or consumption of alcoholic products. Tobacco and Smoking Accessories Disclaimer
